Prime Time Spices was founded by Logan Hendrickson and Marc Siemers, two BBQ fanatics from Omaha, Nebraska, who have spent more than a decade cooking together on the competition BBQ circuit.
For Marc, the journey started at a young age, watching his Uncle Logan's passion, dedication, and relentless pursuit of great barbecue. What began with family cookouts and backyard smokers eventually grew into a shared obsession with creating unforgettable flavors and cooking championship-worthy BBQ.
Forged through family bonds, countless backyard cookouts, competition weekends, and more than a few late nights tending smokers, Logan and Marc built Prime Time Spices with one goal in mind: to create bold, balanced seasonings that make every meal taste like a winner.
When they're not developing new rubs or chasing trophies, they're enjoying life away from the pit.
Away From the Pit
Logan Hendrickson is an instrument-rated pilot who enjoys spending his summer days boating on Lake of the Ozarks with his wife and children. Whether he's in the cockpit, on the water, or behind a smoker, Logan is always chasing the next adventure.
Marc Siemers is an avid golfer, proud Miller Lite enthusiast, and passionate home cook. He enjoys spending time in the kitchen with his wife and their two dogs, experimenting with new recipes and finding new ways to put Prime Time Spices to work.
Together, Logan and Marc bring decades of BBQ experience, a passion for great food, and a healthy dose of fun to everything they do. Their mission is simple: help you create meals worth gathering around. Fire up the grill, shake on some flavor, and make every meal Prime Time.
